When it comes to environment conservation, we cannot totally trust the government and the private sector, according to Dr Ramachandra Guha, a world-renowned historian and sociologist.

Dr Ramachandra Guha was speaking on “Environment Development” at Zhichenkhar in Thimphu on Monday, organised by the Centre for Bhutan Studies and GNH.
