Prime Minister Dr Lotay Tshering said he is deeply saddened by the news of the horrific terrorist attack in Kashmir yesterday where at least 40 Indian security force personnel were killed.

“Bhutan strongly condemns terrorist attack of any nature,” Lyonchhen said. “Our prayers are with the grieved family and we are following the situation closely.”
