Karate athletes brought home two gold and a bronze from the 3rd International Shoto Cup karate-Do held in Amritsar, Punjab from October 26 to 28. Student of Pelkhil High School, Yonten Phuntsho and Tshering Wangchuk, a student of Ugyen Academy won gold . Ram Bdr Ghalley,  a trainee at Technical Training Institute, Khuruthang won bronze.
