The commission for religious organisation (chhoedey lhentshog) would submit a report to the home minister and seek directives on the complaint lodged by a Dagana resident against the Hindu Dharma Samudaya of Bhutan (HDSB).

A resident of Namchella village in Tashiding gewog, Dagana, appealed to the organisation alleging that the pundits and purohits of the HDSB refused to preside over a Pitresthi Puran his family organised because they are considered low caste.
