Football: Druk Star defeated Druk Pol (orange) 1-0 at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu yesterday.

Shabir Tamang of Druk Star FC scored the lone goal of the game. Druk Star is now with Thimphu FC at  the top of the table in the league.

The light drizzle and slippery ground made the game challenging for the first few minutes.

Druk Star defeated Tensung FC in their First game 5-0. Druk Star will face Thimphu City on 19th April.

A total of eight teams are participating in the Thimphu League.
