To celebrate international women’s day, the 14th national textile festival was held at the Centenary Park in Thimphu yesterday.

The festival, where about 15 stalls displaying textiles were opened was held to advance gender equality and empower women in relation to social protection systems, access to public services and sustainable infrastructure.
