    if the garbadge problem in the capital is not solved before temperature is rising, rats will come downtown and if they die of the polution, their bugs & flees will spread on the humans. That can cause plague like in Surat/India in 1994. Make Thimphu clean & green, do not litter, be responsible on the environment. Do not only wait for authorities, become Mr/Mrs Natural !!

    I like the suggestion as I follow it consciously. It is not to blame any one in particular or general but we wait too much on GOVERNMENT for almost everything to be done. We should do the best we can and leave the other beyond our normal schedule to the government that is carrying out the task of cleaning religiously.
