Is there any hope?

My mother’s case of the land in Kikorthang under Chirang which was grabbed by some person in the name of royal kasho which was awarded in another gewog and despite court’s verdict in our favor is still pending for years in your office. My mother and I made umpteen visits to your office and still the case is as where is basis.

Pls kindly let us know if there is any hope in getting back our land.
