    Who is resposible? Cable operator?, Dzongkhag Administration? or concern Ministry?

    Its different from other cable operator has done. The charge is double compare to other Dzongkhag when first install. Whats the difference? Or is their any extra channel? Instead on the TV screen there is always the notification saying ” NEED TO BE RECHARGE IMMEDIATELY” then after a day the channel will be gone. who is going to recharge??? at the end of every month ,the door knock and the cable owner stand before us. where this money goes?

    Therefore, the concern person and the dzongkhag administration should look into this matter please.
    If not allow us to buy Dish TV.
