I am bit confused of roles and responsibilities of officer in-charges of BAFRA. In-charges are selected from bafra management board i feel so, they are not selected from RCSC chamber, so they do have their duty other then office management but they bulley their other staffs and make them to do their own duty too, if not they will not give TA and good remarks on promotion form. Even they force to sign fake bill and make 40 to 50 thousand monthly through impress. Impress money is directly credited into their personal account, since CD account is not in use. In some cases they go for leave more then a month also but still they are getting LTC and Encashment how? Bafra officer in-charge earns lots money by abusing their other staffs seal and signature with power. Many hotelier and Hardware, Restaurents they usually issue blank bill and they write over by them self and force other staffs to sign, if they refuse to sign then they will never give leave nor good remarks on promotion time. Other then that even other staffs have to do their work where they are not technically specialized on their field.
If anyone can share the real Responsibilities of BAFRA office In-charge.
