Yup,,,,,,sure village people don’t know whats TA/DA, since they don’t have to work for Govt. by driving their car to cover their duty. They can only lodge complain to Govt, when their water don’t flow continuously into their kitchen, to make water flow into their kitchen allocated civil servants have to make water flow that also without any TA/DA.
so how can they know whats the meaning of TA/DA.

I am feeling ashamed and really got REGRET today, looking to PDP members response in the Assembly. They are giving foolish talk, that also with low confidential, even their talk is reason-less. Actually during their campaign they were so confidence in-front of people (most of them are uneducated). May be they have such confidential only in-front of our uneducated public. Look today, while talking at National level they even lost their voice clarity and even they don”t remember them-self what they are talking. I am bit worried, if they happened to face International Assembly, i hope that they even forget their own name and identity due to nervousness, forget about talking about the country and it’s manifesto. Actually, they were acting superb during campaign, so looking to their confidence i was full of hope, that PDP will do better ahead then previous Govt.( BUT IT WAS JUST LIKE BARKING DOGS, NEVER BITES). Now it is very high time they should be moving forward fulfilling their promises at-least, as per their potential, since during campaign they told that they have got better potential to bring vast changes to nation but till date nothing, only giving foolish excuses.
Still then we want our nation to be moved little forward then where they previous ruling Govt. left. Eagerly waiting to see some changes soon.
All the best wishes to present ruling Gov. and it members, and hope u all are now ready since many months have passed for your preparation .

Today it may be very shameful to those people who wanna cancel those promises which was promised during campaign by PDP, since with that promise and with hope people voted PDP ,after that if they cant fulfill their manly voice then they should give off . Before they made many fake promises and promised, people didn’t actually demand for housing allowance and pay increment, if people have demanded and if they cant serve people demand that’s different talk.
Today civil servants they just want PDP to fulfill their promises, actually it is not their demands.
Actually what they hope for is fulfilled by making fake promise today, now they are happy and relaxing walking with head up smartly, since they got kabney and patang, because of our public vote, but not responding to public voice today,….
I think PDP will rule only for 5 years….. since it lies 75% on civil servant hands for next voting.

Selkuen, you did great job by writing down the fact about the difference of millage between “s” level and “p” level, you are very TRUE, great job.
Just wanted to add some small points, most of the “s” level people are working hard at root level under supervision “p” level boss. So, with these regard let me tell fact. At field level whenever we go for tour along with our boss, usually our boss ( P level) they ask us to take our car but they claim millage. Actually “s” level people seems to be fool taking their own car during local tour BUT what to do everything is on his hand(Boss).
In the field “s” level people are doing their duty sincerely to make boss happy by taking their own car on official duty spending 50%% of salary on fuel but claiming mileage of two wheeler, and just getting 25% fuel expenditures, still serving our nation smoothly, keeping behind lots of credits everywhere in-order to survive.

The concern authority should be taking these matter seriously and revise the mileage rate…………

Yes RCSC is functioning well to those people who are already on higher level,,, but for those people working at root level really neglect and zero concerned.
Actually i am not talking on behalf of my own self but as over all concern la. Simple example as per BCSR ACT after completion of our provision period (12 months). we are supposed to get benefit. I joined my service in the year 2010 July. But now i have been running 3 years in service, i got only once that also LTC only,,that was on July 2012, when i talk with my own ministry that point RCSC,, now whom to blame, again if we raise issue on this topic with our own ministry then we will be kicked out one day, with other reasons, if not have to remain under pressure whole life..
so,inorder to practice equity and justice in our nation RCSC a rule maker should be active and look over such cases ahead. RCSC should practice what they preach…if not people like us working hard in the field will be always looser thought we are also contributing to our nation thought we are holding small position. We are really helpless today, since we cant raise these issue ahead, since our own ministry will kicked out us, with many other reasons tomoro…..
Actually these forum is being just like bible today, just peolple go thught it for to improve reading power, since changes cant be brought as per forum, till then i couldn’t control my neglegence ..

Some changes needed on Traffic Rules and also to Traffic people behavior..

    1. During duty hour along with traffic police there should be account sections people too, so that on the spot we can pay fines & penalties, if we do mistakes on parking or any other mistakes based on traffic rules.

Incident happened to me at Phuentsholing town, actually i have parked my car near truck parking whole night since i couldn’t get parking area nearby my hotel were i halted night, very next morning i was supposed to reach my office at Bumthang, it was very urgent,. very next morning i went to get my car, i saw everything was stolen, still then i drive my car just nearby my hotel, parked, giving parking light just to pick up my luggage, it was around 7AM . suddenly when i came down carrying my luggage traffic police was standing nearby my car, just asked my documents, i beg him lots, since i have to reach Bumthang immediately, but he took away my documents giving me yell receipt and told me to report at station at around 9AM.
At around 8:50am i went to office, till 15 minutes i stayed nearby door waiting officer, but office turned at about 10am.
Without any delay i pay the fine but i failed to get my document, since it was still with that traffic police, and that traffic police was still a market, some how after 45 mints i got my document but failed to report my office. Have to stay again extra night at hotel.
    2. In such case is it possible for RSTA to declare our document to our office, since penalty was already paid.
Traffic police and Rules makers should think lots before they make use of their power, again there should not be partiality among people applying same rules.
