It is not wise to interfere in the private business of our individual Bhutanese friends who used to spend thousands of money to spend in teer (on line lucky ticket), however, our addicted teer master especially who were dealing day to day Government Cash should be very extra care full & needs to be played maximum limit for spending money in teer.

    Dear bogus001,
It is not at all possible to award 1 mark out of 100 especially in English. I think student might be had submitted blank answer sheet or he might be not feeling well during English exam

Parents do write suggestion in the forum against the management of school in order to improve the education system.
Here in Samdrup Jongkhar Middle Secondary School only few of the class X students are qualifying to class X1. After passing class V111, some of the parents used to transfer their children to best (Icon) School fearing their children will not success in class X if they continued to study in SJMSS. We the local people of samdrup Jongkhar are requesting the concerned authority to look in to the matter seriously for the welfare of poor parents.

During 2012 DYT meeting, the Dzongkhag Administration, Samdrup Jongkhar had instructed and warned corporate offices especially BPC, Customer Services Division to be in national dress during office hours but it was very disappointed to notice that some of the technical staff are still wearing casual dress during office hours.
Management of BPC had provided uniforms free of cost to technical staff in order to wear in office hours while carrying out emergency works.

In coming 2013 election I & my famaily will be voting to rightful candidate based on his capabilities who is willing to help the poor people.

In first election most of the people voted based on the capabilities & well known of the president JYThinley.
