Punatsangchu diverted
Diverted: The chief advisor to the interim government, chief justice Sonam Tobgye, inaugurates the river diversion for construction of Punatsangchhu-II dam. The completion of the diversion tunnel before the monsoon has advanced the project’s commissioning schedule by six months.
