 The High Court today ruled Druk Gaki Tshogpa cannot be registered as a political party because the party doesn’t have members from all 20 dzongkhags. Its founder, Chheku Dukpa, also known as Jackson Dukpa, had moved court on March 23, stating that the Election Commission of Bhutan had denied registration despite his party fulfilling all the requirements.
