Donation: Kuensel corporation donated 3,075 books to more than 25 schools, including remote ones in Lunana, Laya and Lhingsi yesterday.

To commemorate the national reading year and the 60th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty The Fourth Druk Gyalpo, Kuensel donated 8,062 books to more than 62 remote schools and monastic institutions, last year. This programme was initiated by Kuensel corporation in 2012 for the benefit of school children with the support of the National Library Board (NLB)  and Friends of Bhutan in Singapore.
