30 November, 2009 - Fifteen Bhutanese students studying in NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India, cleaned the drains and street corners from the Zangtopelri Shopping complex up to the Norling Building in Thimphu yesterday to spread the word that the “right to a clean environment comes with responsibility to maintain clean environment”.
