As a concluding event for the Winter Judo Coaching Camp, the Bhutan Judo Association organised the 2017 Winter Judo Tournament on February 12. A total of 53 matches were conducted in seven different categories, which was followed by a black belt test for seven senior members.

Medals and certificates were awarded to the participants. The gold winners were gifted sports kits and other handouts that were provided to the association by Austrian Olympian Sabrina Filzmoser and Japanese Olympians Hiraoka Hiroaki and Mika Sugimoto.
