His Eminence Namkhai Nyingpo Rinpoche is presiding over a seven-day Tshigduen Soeldep (seven line prayer dedicated to Guru Rinpoche) along with Tshigduen Ladrup Tshogkhor at the National Memorial Choeten in Thimphu. The Seven Line Prayer, also known as the Seven Verses of the Vajra (Dorji Tshigduen), is one of the most popular prayers in the Himalayan Buddhist World. The prayer consists of praise and supplication to Guru Rinpoche in seven lines. Organised by the Tshokey Dorji Foundation, the sacred prayer ceremony that began yesterday will conclude with Marmey Moenlam on November 15.
