BI-Bhutan (Behavioral Insights Bhutan) and VTOB  trained 25 youths in communication skills, tools, behavioural science, and respective technical areas. The training is expected to open up employment opportunities for the trainees. At the end of the training, the youths were evaluated through the post-test of the training programme. ChhimiD Consulting, iBEST Institute, and Dzongkha Learning Centre supported and sponsored the training.
