Labour minsitry awarded Nu 300,000 and Nu 100,000 to the winners and runners up of the second edition ‘Startup Bhutan Hackathon Challenge’ held last week in Thimphu.

More than 70 participants developed an online system capable of showing the service process status, transforming any form of data format to a set defined format, creating Plan AI-APP to detect fruit diseases and integrating marketplace, and seamless self-paced online learning education platform.

The Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment Division organised the event with the Credit Information Bureau.
