On December 31, 2016, police arrested a man, 36, from near Changlimithang stadium for possessing 135 SP capsules. In connection to this case, another man, 35, was also arrested the next day, suspected to be acting as the middleman for the 36-year-old man.

A 31-year-old man was also detained from Chubachu on January 1, for having 138 SP capsules with him.
