Team Tradzong from Trashigang won the eastern Bhutan archery tournament (BEAT) on April 10. Organised by Lingkhar Lodge, the tournament was held to commemorate the birth of HRH The Gyalsey and the 400th year of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal’s arrival in Bhutan. This year, 20 teams from the eastern dzongkhags participated in the tournament. Conducted annually, BEAT was first organised in 2015 to commemorate the 60th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty The Fourth Druk Gyalpo.
