His Majesty The King and Her Majesty the Gyaltsuen wished Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the UK a happy birthday yesterday. A message on Their Majesties’ official Facebook page read: “The King and Queen of Bhutan send their sincere felicitations and join with the People of Bhutan in expressing their warmest good wishes and congratulations to Her Majesty.”

Their Majesties had also sent their good wishes to the Queen with Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who were recently in the country for a two-day visit.
