Thimphu police charged the two men, who were involved in the viral video of a man in robes touching women inappropriately during a ritual, to Thimphu dzongkhag court on March 5.

The men, both dressed as monks, were arrested on February 20 as a suo motocase (on its own motion) following public outrage on social media.
